Logbook is software from Garmin that allows you to save run history data from Forerunner 201 onto a PC. It was included with Forerunner 201 before Garmin released a newer software package (Training Center) with Forerunner 301.
Training Center now replaces Logbook software. Logbook users can obtain a free upgrade by visiting Garmin's web site.
