Garmin Edge

Garmin Edge is a small GPS device that's specifically designed for bicycling. It mounts on the handlebars like an ordinary bike computer and has functionality very similar to Forerunner.

Like Forerunner, Edge displays data as you ride and saves a summary in memory for later review or upload to a PC.

Available components include:

Edge 205 is a stand-alone unit. The speed/cadence sensor and HRM will only work with Edge 305. The 305 model also includes a barometric altimeter, which can more accurately sense elevation changes than Edge 205 (which relies solely on GPS).
